Sitting at the end of a private mile-long track, it's roughly 100 yards from the waters of the Lyne of Lorne. Sea views come as standard and the setting is genuinely peaceful. Port Appin is a pretty fishing village overlooking Loch Linnhe with mountain backdrops and island views. Castle Stalker sits just to the north. Ferries to the Isle of Lismore run from the village. Castle Stalker is under 2 miles north (5 mins). Oban with McCaig's Folly and distillery tours is 17 miles south (30 mins). Fort William and Ben Nevis are roughly 25 miles north (40 mins). Glencoe's mountains and ski slopes are around 20 miles away (35 mins).
